Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) are two of the hottest terms on the bleeding edge of education right now. This year, CUE has taken the initiative to highlight Augmented and Virtual Reality in Education. All day Thursday CUE Spring attendees have the amazing opportunity to experience the latest Immersive technologies available to Educators. Separate from the Expo Hall, and located this year in the Main Lobby of the Palm Springs Convention center, attendees can visit the AR/VR Playground anytime between 10:30am and 4:30pm on March 15th. Plan on spending time in the Playground to experience everything from Virtual Field Trips in MobileVR to high end VR Physics based puzzles in HTC Vive. Attendees will also be privy to the latest in AR/VR consumption and creation apps. CUE is also honored to be showcasing TreeVR which recently won Best VR Location Based Short at the Lumiere Awards. Finally experts from the Immersive Industry as well as your peer practitioners will be on hand to discuss challenges and bring awareness to Augmented and Virtual Reality in Education.
