Mary-Elizabeth Quan has been an educator in the Inland Empire for over 20 years. She has taught both elementary and middle school with a focus of integrating learning through STEM.  She received her BA in Human Communication Studies from Cal State Fullerton and her MA in STEM Education from Cal State San Bernardino. Her lifelong STEM journey has led her to work with organizations such as the Exploratorium Teacher Leader Network, Society for Science Culture Shift Advocacy and the Inland Empire STEP Organization. She is part of the planning committee for the annual Educator STEPCon and produces their Student Voices video annually.
