Sam Castellano is a Digital Learning Coach in Anaheim Elementary School District. He supports teachers with instructional technology in grades TK-6 and helps promote 21st century learning skills. His teaching expertise is in the upper elementary grades (4-6). He is a Google Certified Educator and supports teachers with Google's G Suite for EDU lineup.

Sam also has experience integrating computer programming into students' curriculum. He teaches Scratch, Google CS First, and Code Campus courses. In 2016, he supported 6th grade classes and helped them learn Python programming language and create projects using Raspberry Pi and Arduino.

Sam is passionate about all educational technology tools and resources that promote communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking and help students become college and career ready. He enjoys meeting and connecting with other educators and growing professionally with them.

Sam is also a Co-Founder of @SoCalTADL. #TADL (Technology Across District Lines) is a professional learning network of educators in the Orange County Area. #TADL meets once a month to share ed tech strategies, listen to peers' ideas, and connect with other professionals that are passionate about ed tech.

Additionally, Sam is a Leading Edge Certified Professional Learning Leader. He is a Seesaw Ambassador, a BreakoutEDU Authorized Trainer, and a Common Sense Educator.
