Dr. Wayne Bacer for the past 11 years, has been the lead TPA Consultant for the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. He spent 13 years as an elementary and middle school classroom teacher and has served as a site / district level technology mentor / coordinator. For 17 years, he was on faculty in the teacher education program at Azusa Pacific University where he taught elementary Math and Science courses, was in charge of educational technology integration and served as their CalTPA Coordinator and Lead Assessor. He also taught online courses in APU’s Master Degree Program in Educational Technology. Wayne earned his doctorate in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University.
